QITAF Educational Company operates the Aqwam Qeela website, its events, and its tracks. These Terms apply to the use of the website, the creation of an account, registration, and the submission of participation requests. By using the website or completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit a request.
You must have the legal capacity required to register and to agree to these Terms. If the registration is for a minor, it must be made by the guardian, the legal representative, or an authorised educational body. If you register on behalf of a body or a group, you confirm that you are authorised to submit the data and the necessary consents on its behalf.
The website may use sign-in by email together with a one-time code. You are responsible for protecting your email, your codes, and your entry card, and for informing us if you suspect they have been used without permission. An invite code, where required, is designated for the specified email, person, or body, and may not be transferred, sold, or shared without the organiser’s approval.
Competitions, programs, school visits, volunteering, media accreditation, Takween City, and sponsorship are subject to any special conditions, guides, or eligibility criteria published for each track. In the event of conflict, the conditions specific to the track prevail within their subject matter.
Registration to attend the event is free, and the website does not collect any payments. If a paid service or program is offered in the future, its fees, conditions, and cancellation policy are presented clearly before any commitment. No amount may be paid through any link or entity not officially announced by QITAF.
Some registration categories may be offered the ability to select a seat or a booth. Allocation remains subject to availability, final confirmation, operational requirements, and security and safety. The organiser may amend the allocated position where necessary, while seeking to provide a suitable alternative and to notify those concerned wherever possible.
For operational, security, or regulatory reasons, or for circumstances beyond control, the organiser may amend the program, the speakers, the dates, or the venue, or postpone or cancel the event or any part of it. The change is announced through the official channels. This does not prejudice any rights that may not be excluded under the law.
The event may be photographed and recorded for documentation and media coverage purposes, in accordance with the photography notice and the Privacy Policy. Arrangements relating to identifiable individual images or promotional use are completed at the venue, in direct coordination with the person concerned, where the law or the nature of the use requires it, and guardian-consent requirements are observed for minors.
The rights to the website, the Aqwam Qeela identity, and its original content belong to QITAF Educational Company or to the rights holders licensed to it, as applicable. You are permitted to view and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only; content may not be copied, modified, republished, or exploited without written permission or a legal basis. Materials owned by speakers, partners, or participating bodies remain subject to the rights of their owners.
If you submit materials, logos, or images through the website as part of a participation request, you confirm that you hold the right to submit them, and you grant the organiser the permission necessary to use them in reviewing, managing, and communicating about the request. Any wider use is subject to a separate agreement or consent.
The website may include links or services provided by other parties. QITAF does not control their content, availability, or policies, and their use is subject to the terms of those parties. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement of all of its content or acceptance of responsibility for it.
We seek to keep the website and its information available and accurate, but interruptions, errors, maintenance work, or events beyond control may occur. To the extent permitted by law, the organiser is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from temporary inability to access the website or from unlawful use of it. These Terms do not exclude any liability that may not be excluded by law.
The processing of personal data is subject to the Privacy Policy published on the website, which forms a complementary part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of the State of Qatar have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, unless the law requires otherwise.
These Terms are published in Arabic and English. In the event of conflict or difference in interpretation, the Arabic text prevails, unless the law requires otherwise.
If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force to the extent permitted by law. A delay by the organiser in exercising any right is not a waiver of it.
These Terms may be updated when the website’s functions, the event’s requirements, or the law change. The updated version is published on this page together with the last-updated date. For enquiries, contact support@aqwamqeela.qa, the "Contact Us" page, or the numbers 33696794 / 50037775.
The Aqwam Qeela team is happy to help with any question about the event or participation.
