Aqwam Qeela is an annual platform organised by QITAF Educational Company. It sets out from the guidance of the Holy Qur’an towards the issues that concern people and society. Each edition poses a central question around which the sessions, programs, experiences, and partnerships are built.

The second edition is titled "Education: From Formation to Empowerment", held from 7 to 9 November 2026 at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC) in Doha.

Go to the registration page, choose your attendance track, and enter the required details. Once registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation message containing your entry card and your QR code.

The general public does not need an invite code. Dedicated tracks — such as VIP guests, sponsors, and participating bodies — may require a code sent by the organisers to the email address linked to it.

Registration to attend the event is free, and no payments are requested through the website.

Registration is considered complete when the confirmation message arrives and the entry card or QR code is issued. Requests for participation, volunteering, or media accreditation are subject to review and are not considered accepted until they are officially confirmed.

Seat selection is available to the general public, and to VVIPs, VIPs, sponsors, and exhibitors; booth selection is available to sponsors and exhibitors. Both are made through the venue plan during registration, and allocation follows a "first confirmed, first served" basis.

You can sign in to your account to view your registration and update the details the system allows you to change. For any change that is not available, contact the registration team at event@aqwamqeela.qa.

Yes. Contact the registration team to cancel your registration. Cancelling early helps make the seat available to another participant.

The tracks include attending the event, the Tahbeer Qur’an Competition, school visits, participation in Takween City, sponsorship and partnership, media accreditation, volunteering, and the teacher empowerment programs.

Present your entry card or QR code at the reception point. Registration details may be verified where needed, so please keep your confirmation message and do not share your code with others.

QITAF Educational Company processes your data in accordance with the approved Privacy Policy. It collects only the data necessary for registration, participation, and running the event, and applies appropriate controls to protect it.
