"Tabsira" is an independent annual institutional platform launched by Hadara Foundation in response to society's need for rigorous knowledge. It is dedicated to encouraging and supporting substantive intellectual and creative production on contemporary issues — from intellectual, educational, cultural, humanitarian, and media perspectives — guided by a clear ethical and humanitarian framework, and an independent scientific and creative methodology that ensures intellectual integrity, depth of thought, and quality of outcomes.
The Award aims to produce responsible Arab knowledge that contributes to correcting concepts, building awareness, and offering balanced intellectual alternatives that are adaptable and suitable for institutional application.
The Meaning and Authenticity of the Name

The name draws its authenticity from the Holy Quran, expressing a penetrating awareness that transcends mere "observation" to reach the depth of "understanding."
In our language, tabsira is the clarification that lifts the veil and reveals the truth. From this origin, the Award emerges as a bridge that carries society from passive reception to guided insight.
